Outreach is a desktop email application designed to help users manage one or more of their own email accounts within a single application interface.
This site exists as a public reference point for the project, its purpose, and its privacy direction while development continues.
About the Project
Outreach is being developed as a native desktop email application focused on practical, user-controlled account access and everyday email functionality. The goal is to provide a clear environment for connecting personal email accounts, viewing account activity, and handling normal email workflows from one place.
The project is being built with attention to provider compatibility, appropriate authentication methods, and responsible handling of user-authorized account access.
Multi-Account Focus
Outreach is intended to support users who want to manage more than one email account inside a single desktop application.
User-Controlled Access
Access is intended to occur only where initiated or authorized by the user for the user’s own accounts and requested functionality.
Provider-Aware Design
The application is being developed to accommodate provider-specific authentication and access requirements where appropriate.
Practical Desktop Workflow
The project is centered on ordinary desktop email tasks rather than advertising, profiling, or unrelated data use.
Current Status
Outreach is currently in active testing and refinement. Public project materials are being introduced gradually while the application continues to evolve and while related privacy, documentation, and provider-integration requirements are reviewed.
The source files are not being published on this site at this stage. This is intentional while the project remains under active development and while long-term release and licensing decisions are still being considered.
Privacy Approach
Outreach is being developed around a limited-purpose model of data handling. The application is intended to access account information only as needed to provide the email functionality requested by the user inside the application itself.

- Not intended for resale of user data
- Not intended for unrelated third-party analytics or data brokerage
- Intended for standard, user-authorized email functionality
